We have review the final plat for the Fox Hollow (East Oaks 2 Addition) development and have no comments.
A couple of items to note:
• The proposed parking lot, retaining wall, landscaping and private utility improvements within the existing
drainage and utility easements are at the owners risk and will be their responsibility to restore should the
public utilities and storm water ponding ever require repair and/or reconstruction.
• The total area of the parcel, broken down by Lots/Outlots is not shown on the final plat. The areas were
shown on the preliminary plat dated 12/23/03 (Total Area of Parcel = 2.396 acres). To determine
Connection Charges, the area of the proposed pond's 100-year HWL should be provided and subtracted
from the overall parcel area.
