Subject: Project Update for week of 7-29-05
Here is an update on the current projects from last week.
McKean Square
-On Wednesday there was a meeting with the Owner, City staff, and BRA staff to discuss completion of the project.
-BRA will break down punch list items into 2 categories: items Burschville to be paid to fix & items Burschville not to be
paid to fix.
- Burschville to complete the punch list items in the next couple of weeks.
Fox Hollow
- Site grading underway. Contractor is also making soil corrections below the future buildings.
- Building permit has been issued for the condominium building with the understanding that the site is to be graded upon
completion of the building foundations so sanitary sewer testing can be completed.
