HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-10-13 BRAA Email Re Sanitary SewerScott,
have received and reviewed the TV tape of the sanitary sewer. I am concerned about the 8" cut -in connection located
about 102' east of MH 25A. After reveiwing the tape with Tom Ozzello, we have determined that this connection shouldn't
cause a blockage in the 12' sewer main. The risk of a blockage occurring is greater in the 8" service lateral. Since the 8"
service lateral is a private line all the way from the 12" main to the building, the City would not be responsible for a
sewage back -up due to this connection. We do, however, want you to be aware of the issue. Any corrective action would
be at your client's discretion.
At this time, I recommend that the sanitary sewer be accepted. Please let me know if you have any
questions /comments.
