D. Hecker did submit an application to amend the Conditional Use Permit for the former
Cadillac store site, ( now Stillwater Ford , essentially, the seek a further dela in the
conditions that re curb/ improvements and final disposition of the AMOCO
g as station site. This is slated for the June Plannin Commission.
I have send a second correspondence to MNDOT c/o Nick Thompson askin that the
Department please better maintain the Mill Road Inn site or please demolish the site and
return it to a clean, level condition. The site is collectin trash, broken windows, and
g eneral dilapidation.
The Washin Count Tax Court (I O th Judicial District) has found that the propert as
owned b Robert Bracke in front and to the west of Menard's ma not be classified as
AGRICU:LTUAL for taxation purposes. I testified at the proceedin in April, alon with staff
from Washin Count Assessors office. What the net propert tax valuation will be
remains to be determined, but will be substantiall more than the previous AG.
Valuation, now to be valued as commercial propert I have enclosed for y our files a

I have issued a zonin letter for the Goodwill propert apparentl that site is bein sold
to a new owner, please recall that GOODWILL is solel a renter. On this matter, I met at
the site with GOODWILL staff and buildin contractor to g o over a few remainin items
related to time li need to be dimmed or shut-off, a few landscapin issues and sod
issues. The Cit had received a complaint from a resident at Pondview.
H.S.I. did comment on the contemplated rental housin inspection ordinance. This to
date has been the onl written commentar received. This will be on y our a for
final adoption, on Ma 27th.
Jim Butler did provide a cop of an enforcement letter to 6351 St. Croix Trail related to
fire ratin on entr doors.

I have enclosed a chart from Tom Ozzello that outlines the PW work schedule
for Ma throu Au Frankl it is a complicated schedule and isn't
somethin that should be thou of as a g uarant y ( or even full
comprehended b non-users). It is just best to understand that that the
Department has worked out the schedule for the full summer includin
weekends (mostl Andrew K and on -call duties. Tr to accommodate
vacation time in this department takes some thou Just realize that there
IS a plan.
