Z compared the installed landscaping to the approved plan and have the following observations: 1. There were a few tree species substitutions e.g. white spruce for "Techny^ arborvitae on east and south sides of the parking lot, crab and honeylocust for 3 thornless cockspur hawthorn (SE and SW corners parking lot). These substitutions are acceptable. 2. The number and types of plant material planted otherwise were consistent with the approved landscape plan. 3. The size of the plant material was acceptable and the quality of the plants was very good. All plants appeared to be alive at the time of inspection. 4. A spruce on the west end of the planting south of the parking lot appears to be leaning this tree should be straightened. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me.
