Box 2007 • Oak Park Heights, MN 55082-2007 • Phone: 651/439-4439 * Fax 651/439-0574 7 7 January 2, 2009 Mr. Ron Gullickson 5480 Stagecoach Trail Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 RE: Resolution No. 05-07-27 Dear Mr. Gullickson, As you are aware, City Council did approve your conditional use permit (CUP) for the expansion of your non-conforming three-unit dwelling to a lawful four-unit dwelling. This was approved by Council with conditions to be met. To date, none of these conditions have been met. The City has not received verification that you have acquired the parcel of seven thousand five hundred and seventy five (5,575) square feet needed for the addition. Also, with the CUP, the new and existing structure was to be brought into compliance with Minnesota State Building Code requirements. As stated above, the structure is a non-conforming three-unit that is not in compliance with MN State Building Code.
