10 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: to expand applicant's non-conformin three unit dwellin to a lawful
four unit dwellin at 5480 Sta Trail North.
All uses previousl subject to the followin conditions mid/or restrictions imposed b the Jul 26, 2005 Resolution
of the Cit Council of the Cit of Oak Park Hei are suspended- the former CUP Permit allowed conversion
from a 3 unit to a 4 UM't dwellin subject to the followin conditions.,,
Proposed uses of additional rooms and approximate additional s foota of floor area are
submitted.
2) New addition and existin structure shall be made compliant with MN State Buildin Code and
Standards Division per section 13060003 E 1, re fire sprinkler s and MN BuHdin
Conservation Code per section 1 04 as re b the Buildin Official.
3) Wall and floor plan is submitted and sable to Buildin Official Approval.
4) Location of the expansion meets 1: -2 standards for setbacks. Permission must be g ranted from adjoinin
propert owner to the north to construct retainin wall and drivewa less than five (5) feet from propert
line.

5) Expansion construction is consistent with the architecture and materials of the existin home.
6 Landscape plan i's subject to Cit Arborist approval. Plan must include demarcation of
screenin in aaccordance with Section 401.15.E.
