John Easton, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the publisher or authorized agent

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City
Council of the City of Dak Park Heights,
Washington Co., MN, shall conduct a public
hearing Monday, November 23, 1987 at 7:00
P.M. Hearing to be he at City Hail, 14168 N.
57th St., Oak Park Heights to consider a
conditional use permit request to operate a
retail gasoline & convenience merchandise
store. Application submitted by Holiday
Stationstores, Inc.
The real property affected by said applica-
tion i5 legally described as follows, to-wit:
