NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City
of Oak Park Heights, Washington Co., MN, shall conduct a public
hearing Monday, November 23, 1987 at 7 :00 P.M. Hearing to be
held at City Hall, 14168 N. 57th St., Oak Park Heights to con-
sider a conditional use permit request to operate a retail
gasoline & convenience merchandise store. Application sub-
mitted by Holiday Station stores , Inc.
The real property affected by said application is legally
described as follows, to -wit:
