I apologize for not getting the report on the Holiday Station Conditional
Use Permit and Site Plan to you sooner,-but there were several factors which
led to this situation
First, the applicant when filing for the conditional use application, only
submitted a sketch plan of the subject property. The sketch plan only con-
tained limited information and did not warrant a site plan review. The appli-
cant was informed of the site plan requirements on November 9th, 1987 which
were to include a detailed site plan, a grading plan, a utility plan, a land-
scaping plan , a certified cu rvey and a! s i gnage plan. The applicant was recep-
tive of the requirements necessary-and stated they would be provided for review
as soon as possible.
Second, the site plan and landscaping plan which were reviewed in the accompanying
report, did not come into our office until November 19th while City Hall had
no record of these plans. while these plans did warrant a review, the applicant
still lacks vital information slich as a grading plan, a utility plan and a sur-
vey. Although a Conditional approval is recommended ended for the Holiday Station sub-
ject to the proper completion of these requirements,- 1 felt it important
for you to know the timetable that has been worked with and the information
which still needs to be submitted
