Enclosed please find a cop of the g radin g plan for the proposed Holida Sta- tionstore at Hi 36 and Os Avenue printed on December 28, 1987. Generall we have no objection to the plan as submitted. However, it should be pointed out to the applicant that there is not sufficient g rade between the area hi in y ellow to the curb cut to avoid puddlin water. We would su that the hi point be raised at least 0.4 foot. It should also be noted that the g radin g plan does not show the common drive- wa with the adjacent land on Os Avenue. We are not sure if this is an error or a re chan in the site plan. If it is a re chan then it should a be reviewed b the Planner and Cit Council.
