VII. Old Business-
A. Jacob's 2nd Addition Preliminary and Final Plat.
Planner Richards noted that this item was tabled from the last meetin Richards
reviewed revised site plans for the proposed car wash and reported on the
Plannin Commission approval of the revised plans.
Ma Beaudet, seconded b Councilmember Doerr, moved to amend the
Planner's report to add lan statin that Cit approval is not inclusive of
other g overnmental approvals. Carried 4 — 0.
Councilmember Swenson, seconded b McComber, moved to approve the
preliminar and final plat subject to the amended Plannin Commission
recommendations. Carried 4 — 0.
B. Pon y Exi)ress Auto Wash.
Planner Richards reported that the applicant has addressed the issues raised at the
last Council meetin and has redesi the buildin accordin to compl with
setback re Richards further reported that space needed for stackin has
been addressed with the applicant.
Councilmember McComber, seconded b Doerr, moved to approve the
application with conditions outlined in the Planner's report. Carried 4 — 0.
C. Aesthetic Brig,ye Design Concept Correspondence.
Administrator Melena provided an update. Ma Beaudet, seconded b
Councilmember Swenson, moved to receive the information. Carried 4 — 0.
D. Ri h t to Know Training U s date.
Administrator Melena reported that this is the last piece of information necessar
for full compliance with OSHA. Councilmember Swenson, seconded b
McComber, moved to receive the information. Carried 4 — 0.
E. Andersen Co oration TIF/A
Councilmember Doerr, seconded b McComber, moved to authorize appropriate
action to execute the A Carried 3 — 0 — 1, Swenson abstained.
