There has been a project submitted for concept plan approval to develop the site directly in front of the EAST OAKS development - next to Club Tara. The proposal calls for 32 condominium units and two small office facilities. The packet as submitted was incomplete and has since been forwarded to Scott Richards for further analysis and response. This property is encumbered by several easements, including a City sewer easement. THIS PROJECT APPLICATION HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT DUE TO AN INCOMPLTETE APPLICATION. 2, Denny Hecker Site The light shields have been installed under the canopy. We await compliance on the balance of the issues. 3. CDBG Enclosed for you files are copies of the two CDBG grant applications submitted to Washington County. (trail 1 elevator) 4. HWY 36 TAG 1 RESOLVE Process The Business Owners Group held its meeting at the City Hall on Jan 6 to date we have not heard the results of their meeting. On January 15 the TAG 36 group will be discussing the stormwater element of the reconstruction. This item is on the Council Agenda. 5. Coalition of Utility Cities Meeting for Today Mary McComber, Dave Beaudet and]: attended the CUC meeting - a good strategy session was held on the issues related to disputing proposed Dept of Revenue rules that would broaden eliminate depreciation caps for Utilities - in effect a large tax break. The CUC will be preparing a summary of today's meeting 1 will forward to Council when 1 receive it.
