Vierling •Qualified Neutral Arbitrator * Certified Real Estate Specialist Qualified Neutral Mediator Further Affecting Former Amoco Site 14738 — 60 Street North, Oak Park Heights, Minnesota Lyle J. Eckberg (1916-2003) Paul A. Wolff (1944- 1996) The Conditional Use Permit issued by the City of Oak Park Heights provided for compliance with the light shielding on the under-canopy lights of your client's property on January 15, 2004. Review of the property demonstrates that the shields were, in fact, attached to the under-canopy lights in a timely fashion. Thank you for that performance. The same permit requires that no additional signage was to be allowed on the property and that the existing signage on the canopy (backlit) would be removed within 30 days following the Council approval of the Conditional Use Permit. That would be the next item of performance to be achieved on the property, which we will look forward to within the upcoming week. Naturally, if your client desired to reassess its signage needs throughout the lot, he may wish to take a look at that as an alternate as well as he has already used up all permitted signage on terms of space allowed under the ordinance within the primary lot. 7
