I am in receipt of your recent correspondence, sent via facsimile transmission.
The directive of the City Council at their December meeting to remove the existing signage is
quite clear, and is embodied within the Conditional Use Permit that was issued. Retention of the
signage while your client determines whether or not he intends to apply for a permit is not an
option.
Please advise as to whether or not the signage will be removed.
