In the past we have discussed the number of sanitar and water services that will be provided to y our
properties at the Kern Center in Oak Park Heights. I have found that you would be char additional

monies on y our assessments if y ou elect to have multiple services to y our properties,

It is the polic of the Cit of Oak Park Hei to stub a sanitar service and a water service to the propert
line of each lot. From the bids received for the Kern Center, it was determined that the cost for the
installation of a water service and a sanitar service is S4,200-00. This would be your additional cost if y ou
w
elect to have a second sanitar and water service stubbed to your lots. The cost your
be decreased if y ou
choose to have only an additional sanitar stub or onl an additional water stub.
In addition, I would like to inform you that the size of the sanitary sewer service will be a 6" PVC pipe and
the water service will be a 6" ductile iron pipe.
