Dear Property Owner:
An inspection of your office complex at 5635 Memorial Avenue in Stillwater showed sewage
discharging to the drainageway along the North edge of the property. Such discharge is not
allowed under the Washington County Individual Sewage Treatment System Ordinance Section.
3.4 and is considered an imminent public health threat. This section of the ordinance requires
repair or replacement of the system within 30 days of notice from this department. This letter
serves as such notice. Further discharge of effluent must also be stopped immediately (by such
methods as reducing or stopping all water use or pumping the tank as necessary) until such time
as the system is corrected.
Enclosed are pertinent sections of the sewage system code and a permit application packet for
your information..
If you have any questions, call me at 430
Respectfully --
