Temporar Erosion Control and Site Restoration. As shown on the Concept Gradin Plan,
the site has been desi to g enerall y match existin contours surroundin the site and to
reduce the extent of site g radin g . However, all of the site will be disturbed with g radin g of the
site. To reduce the potential of off site siltation, the perimeter of the site will be surrounded b
erosion control fence. To reduce the trackin of soils off site, the construction entrances will be
protected with rock entrance drives. In addition, adjacent streets will be promptl cleaned and
swept if soils are tracked off the site with construction e

After installation of site improvements, the project. will be landscaped with attractive over-stor
trees and foundation plantin adjacent to buildin and within island areas. To reduce the
erosion potential in the intermediate time until the plantin are installed, non-paved and non-
buildin areas will be temporaril seeded and mulched within 7 da after the installation of site
improvements.
Construction Timin and Schedule. It is anticipated that site g radin g will be in Au 2003
with most, if not all site improvements install b the end of the y ear. Buildin construction is
anticipated to be in Au 2003 with completion in the fall of 2004.
