As we discussed at our meetin y esterda y there are some minor chan to the previousl
approved site plan / buildin elevation for the main shoppin center within The Shoppes of
Oak Park Hei development. I have attached a revised site plan and buildin elevation
sketch for y our review and approval. The chan are as follows:
1) Buildin Elevation chan The primar chan in the buildin elevations occurred
in our final ne with the various retail tenants since the time of our earlier
cit approval. We are "fli p - floppin two of the tenant locations within the
project. We have also made minor ad to the buildin sizes. The previous
pro s foota was approximatel 157,000 SF, while with the current site
plan the s foota is 156,260•
2 Site Plan chan We have made one chan to the site plan ( which was
encoura previousl b staff This chan involves closin the drive-lane
between the service area behind the shopping Center and the customer parkin in
the front of the shoppin center. This chan will eliminate the concern of
customers utilizin and drivin behind the shoppin center and will minimize the
traffic volumes enterin and exitin out of this service entrance off of Morrell
Avenue. In makin this chan we have lost onl one parkin stall and still
exceed the re parkin for the project.
