CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
I. Call t of Alle1jance/Approval of Agenda: The meetin was called to
order at 7:00 p.m. b Ma Beaudet. Present: Councilmembers Abrahamson,
Doerr, McComber and Swenson. Staff present,* Administrator Johnson, Cit Attorne
Vierlin Cit En Postler and Public Works Director Johnson. Absent: None.
Carried 5 — 0.
V1. New Business:
A. Kohls: Review of Development Contract and Brown's Creek Watershed

Cit Attorne Vierlin reported on the need for a revised Resolution to incorporate
modifications to the plan. Discussion was held concernin the space available and
locations for future trail easements. Drivewa easement for Norell Avenue access was
also discussed.
Councilmember McComber, seconded b Doerr, moved to adopt the amended
Resolution. Roll call vote taken. Carried 5 — 0.
Ja Scott of North American Properties reported on the pro of the development
and stated that the would like a g radin g permit issued b the end of the week.
Ma Beaudet, seconded b Councilmember Swenson, moved to direct the
Administrator to g rant a temporar g radin g permit subject to review b the Cit
Attorne Roll call vote taken. Carried 5 — 0.

Councilmember McComber, seconded b Swenson, moved to adjourn at 7:52 p.m.
Carried 5 — 0.
