On Februar 15, 2000, Ms. Halverson and y our compan entered into a Purchase A for the purchase and construction of a townhouse located at 14818 58th Street North, 4, Oak Park Hei Minnesota 55082. Althou Ms. Halverson has taken possession of the townhouse, there are several items of the construction which have not been completed. Specificall the unfinished 'items are as follows: v /2. Please be advised that if Krongard has not made arrangements to complete the requested work by Wednesday, June 14, 2000, we have been instructed to initiate legal action on behalf of Ms. Halvorson for the unfinished work.'
