a settin forth the terms under which we a to represent y ou in this matter.

I have also, enclosed a cop of our letter to Kron Construction demandin that the
complete the remainin unfinished items on y our townhouse pursuant to their contractual

their work. If not, we must file an arbitration action a Kron and we will need
to discuss a lar retainer for this t of work.

Dear Sir or Madam:
Our office represents Sarah K. Halverson. On Februar 15, 2000, Ms. Halverson and
y our compan entered into a Purchase A for the purchase and construction of a
townhouse located at 14818 58th Street North, 4, Oak Park Hei Minnesota 55082.
Althou Ms. Halverson has taken possession of the townhouse, there are several items
of the construction which have not been completed. Specificall the unfinished 'items
are as follows:
v /2. The patio retainin wall needs to be backfilled.
3. The exterior patio li is not the same as the other li on the buildin

Ms. Halvorson has made repeated requests to you to finish the work on her townhome
and to date has received no response. Please be advised that if Krongard has not made
arrangements to complete the requested work by Wednesday, June 14, 2000, we have
been instructed to initiate legal action on behalf of Ms. Halvorson for the unfinished
work.'
