RESOLUTION 07 -01 -04
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE
STILLWATER GAZETTE AS THE CITY
OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER
FOR TIME SENSITIVE MATERIALS
WHEREAS, the City of Oak Park Heights has determined the need to designate
two newspapers as official newspapers for the City for 2007 due to time sensitive
publications; and
WHEREAS, for time sensitive publications, the Stillwater Gazette will be the
paper used by the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of
Oak Park Heights designates the Stillwater Gazette as the official newspaper to handle
time sensitive publications for 2007.
Passed by the City Council of Oak Park Heights this 9th day, anuary, 2007.
