As per y our re I have reviewed the preliminar site plans and buildin plans for
the addition of a Subwa restaurant on y our propert From the information provided, it
appears as thou the restaurant will create a parkin re of 40 spaces. The
auto repair portion of the buildin re nine parkin stalls and the fitness studio
re 10 spaces. With a proposed Subwa the site will need to be reconfi from
its current 49 stall parkin lot to at least a 59 stall lot. In addition, three disabilit stalls,
of which one is van accessible, must be provided.
The site plan that y ou have submitted indicates that y ou could accommodate at least 67
stalls on the existin paved areas of the lot. The stalls indicated in front of the rear
doors for access into the auto repair business could not be counted, but the interior
repair stations could be. The Cit will re a site plan, drawn to scale, indicatin the
revised parkin lot la before an buildin permit is issued for the Subwa
restaurant. Additionall scale la dia of the Subwa restaurant will be
re to verif the s foota and resultin parkin demand.
