We have reviewed the material submitted for the addition to the home on Lot 3, Block 1, Valle
Point 2nd Addition on Oak Place North. The addition is a 24' x 21' three season famil room
attached to the northwest corner of the existin house. The exitin house based on the Certificate
of Surve is about 1800 s feet in size which is a fairl lar house on this rather standard size
lot. No information has been provided which shows the hardships which would be considered for
reviewin a rear y ard setback variance. We seriousl doubt that there is an uni about this
lot or the proposed buildin use which would be considered as a hardship. In addition, the variance
re is substantial and should not be allowed.
