The calculations are the estimated flows of storm water for the pre - developed and post - developed storm water. The flows are for the 10, 25, 50, and 100 -year storm events. Realize that the estimated amount of storage shown will decrease when a fully routed detention analysis is done. The amount shown does not take into effect that the outflow structure for the detention pond is releasing water throughout the storm event.
