Gear Commission Members:
We would like to present our plans for Lowe's of oak Park Heights, which is located at the
intersection of SE corner of Hwy 5 & 58 Street. our lot is adjacent to the existing S & C Bank
The legal description is Lot 2 Block 1 in oak Park Station and is currently zoned B -3. The main
access to the store is off of Morning Drive Avenue.
Lowe's is the 2nd largest home improvement retailer and has just opened the first store in Coon
Rapids. The store will he approximately 138,000 sf with a 29,000 sf garden center.
The current owner of this property is Brad Coats with the Gold Ridge Group.
