Minneapolis, MN 554 01 RE: Two Documents: Variance & Site Review Permit; Developer's Agreement Enclosed you will find five (5) copies of the above documents. Please have each of the five copies executed and mail all copies back to my attention at the above address when completed. Please note that the Variance & Site review Permit require both the signatures of the current property owner Peter Houser and his spouse as well as and appropriate party from M &I Bank. However, the Developer's Agreement must only be signed by M &I Bank. The city Attorney will record all documents with Washington County, but we are anticipating recording the Developer's Agreement upon M &I Bank's purchase of the property from Mr. Houser. If there is to be a separate holding company or other entity besides M &I Bank please advise me of this immediately as new documents must be prepared. Lastly, per the terms and conditions of the Developer's Agreement there are outstanding Connection charges due on this property, (see page 5). These fees will increase, roughly 6 to l ❑ percent as of 1/1109 so the City suggests that a check be issued to the city for such fees immediately. Once these are returned, the city similarly sign and will submit one original copy for appropriate recording with Washington County, one will be placed on file at city Hall and remaining original copies will be returned to you. Once this is completed and all fees are paid in full, you will then have permsn to begin the process to secure various building permits. t me' now if you have any questions .J n erel f , ric J,obhson ' City,, A ministrator 3 r Cc Kenneth Plaski, M &I Bank 1 AVP - (Owner no enclosure Mark Vierling, City Attorney - no enclosure Julie Hultman, Planning Dept -no enclosure f
