WITNE S SETH: WHEREAS, the above -named party of the first part is the owner in fee simple of the real estate hereinafter described. That said easement and right-of-way located in the City of Oak Park Heights, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, is described as follows, to -wit: An easement that is described in its entirety on EXHIBIT "A," which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, said easement unto the City of Oak Park Heights, Washington County, Minnesota, its successors and assigns, forever.
