Au 3rd and inspected the tree protection fencin and the excavation area for the detention basin on the south side of the propert I made the followin observations: 1. None of the tree protection fencin has been repaired in an of the areas mentioned in m memo of 7/21/03 - please take care of this ASAP In addition: 2. fencin is now also down on the east side of the ever on the west side of the entrance road 3. fencin is now down on the NE side of oaks N of the lar wetland 4. there is soil piled within the branch spread of a bur oak on the S side of the road which is just N of the lar wetland, also block and pipes are piled on the root s - move the block and pipes and put up tree protection fencin at ed of g raded area, also remove soil from root s if possible 5. there is no tree protection fencin around oaks south of the roadwa on the south part of the propert where the detention basin was j ust excavated, there is also g radin g close to the trunks of several lar oaks (I was not aware that e would be g oin g into that area from the roadwa south, I thou the were accessin the excavation area from the west) - put up fencin around these trees, as far from trunks as g radin g will allow.
