Innovations in Senior Living Communities SENIOR HOUSING PARTNERS May 4, 2005 Mr. Eric Johnson City Administrator City of Oak Park Heights 14168 oak Park Blvd. N. P.D. Box 2007 Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Dear Mr. Johnson: Valley Senior Services Alliance has constructed a well in the Mclean Square development with the intention of providing irrigation water to the entire Boutwells Landing campus. This well is adjacent to a newly constructed pond and stream running north to south through Mclean Square. In our continuing effort to develop an attractive site, offering a pleasant nature experience to the residents of Boutwells Landing, we intend to construct a building to house the pumps and provide a spot to rest along the trail. This structure will house the large irrigation pump as well as a small pump which circulates the water in the stream.. The master control system for the irrigation system will also be located in the pump house. The pump house section will be built into the ground in a walkout configuration. The upper level of the structure will provide a shaded respite area for those using the extensive Boutwells trail system. From this location, users of the trails can pause and look out at the stream, waterfalls, pond and stone arch bridge with the wetland beyond. We look forward to your favorable consideration of this small addition to the beautiful natural setting at McKean Square. Sincerely,, ,+'' .......... Far Kenneth L.
