The undersigned acknowledges that she/he understands that before this request can be considered and /or approved, all
required information and fees, including any deposits, must be paid to the City, and if additional fees are required to cover
costs incurred by the City, the City Administrator has a right to require additional payment from one or more of the
undersigned, who shall be jointly and severely liable for such fees. Please refer to the fee schedule, as updated by the City
Council on page 3 of this application.
An incomplete application will delay the processing and may necessitate a re- scheduling of the review time frame. The
application approval time line commences and an application is considered complete when all required information and fees
are submitted to the City.
Sixty (60) Day Waiver: The City hereby notifies the applicant that development review may not be completed within the
required 60 days due to public hearing requirements and agency review; therefore, the City is taking an automatic 60-day
extension for development review. Development review will be completed within 120 days unless additional review
extensions are approved by the applicant.
