Re: Window Signage Compliance Request — 14661 60 St. N., Oak Park Heights, MN
Dear Mr. Routson:
Please be advised that the window painting at the above - referenced service center, appears to
be in violation of City Zoning Ordinance 401.15.G.6.(o.) wherein it states that temporary window
signs shall be permitted, provided that they do not exceed ten (10) percent of the front building
fagade.
The window paining at the service center is considered temporary window signage per City
Ordinance 401 and must comply with section 401.15.G.6. (o.), as described above.
At this time you are hereby requested to bring the window signage into compliance no later than
March 27, 2006.
To determine ten (10) percent of your building front facade please note that this is considered to
be that portion of the exterior elevation, from grade to the top of the parapet wall or eaves and the
entire width of the building elevation. The front of your building is considered to be the north side,
which faces 60 St.
At such time compliance has been addressed, you are requested to submit compliance
documentation that provides:
1. How compliance has been met. If not complete removal, please provide description of
new placement and square footage of building front covered, including the height and
width covered area.
2. The square footage of your building front, including the height and width measurements.
If you feel that the existing signage is compliant, please provide compliance documentation as
noted above. Documentation may be provided in person, via U.S. Mail, Fax 651 - 439 -0574 or via
E -Mail @ ihultman ..citvofoaknarkheiahts.com.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this compliance request. Should you have any questions
please contact me.
Sincerely,
Julie A. Hultman
