RE: Former Amoco Site
Dear Bill,
This letter serves as a reminder to you that the Planning Commission delayed the further consideration of
your needed Conditional Use Permit Amendment(s) until they are provided detailed information regarding
the petroleum clean-up that is occurring at the site. To date the City has not been provided any additional
information.
Specifically they are looking for the following in formation and in some detail: What firm is performing the
work? What is the clean -up methodology, What is the timeline for completion?
As stated at the meeting, Planning Commission asked that this information be provided by the firm actually
performing the work, either in writing or in person at the April meeting to be held at 7pm on April 13 t `,
2006 at City Hall. If this information is to be provided in writing, I must receive this information not later
than noon on Friday, April 7 2006.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Eric Johnson
