Subject New Location of Ford store 14702 N 60 St. formally the GMC location.
Dear Scott,
Here is the scope of work to be done at that location.
1. Remove the big GM free standing sign 145 Sq Ft.
2. Remove the small GM used car free standing sign 96 Sq Ft.
3. Remove the Cadillac wall sign 37.5 Sq Ft.
4. Remove the Pontiac wall sign 42.75 Sq Ft.
5. Remove the GMC wall sign 26.5 Sq Ft.
6. Reface the two existing directional from service and parts to quick lane
7. Move the existing ford oval sign from the old location and put it 10 to 12 feet to
the west of where the old GM sign was so we don't hit the old footing. This sign
is 20'81/2" if not on the brick base of 3' will that be ok being it is temporary?
8. The existing sign on the wall that says Denny Hecker's will stay on the south
elevation 41.25 Sq Ft.
9. On the west elevation we plan to put one Lincoln Mercury sign 28 Sq Ft.
