RE: Oak Park Heights - St. Croix Mall Expansion
FILE NO: 798.02 - 88.28
Dear Mr. Seltzer:
In reference to the above project, the City Council of Oak Park
Heights approved a PUD amendment on June 26, 1989 subject to the
resolution of the ten (10) recommendations contained on page two
of the planning report by Northwest Associated Consultants dated
June 21, 1989. Watson Centers, Inc. (the applicant) has since
resolved all of the recommendations contained in the 21 June
1989 report with only minor exceptions. These exceptions are
listed in a separate document entitled St. Croix Mall Site Plan
Attachment. This document is enclosed with this letter.
The resolution of these items are to be addressed during the
construction of the mall expansion. No further City review or
City Council approval is necessary to issue building permits.
The conditions on the Site Plan Attachment are simply to become
part of the building permit issuance and will be addressed during
the appropriate time of construction or the appropriate time of
operation as specified in the attachment. In summary, the mall
expansion has received its final site plan approval and is ready
to receive its building permits.
