Dear Jon: One of the conditions set forth in City Planner, Scott Richards' May 2, 2007 planning report for the approval of Little Victories Hourly Daycare use at Memorial Office Condos was that the proposed outdoor play area location was subject to review and approval of the City Arborist, due to its compromise of the original landscape plan. At the May 10, 1007 public hearing, you stated that the revisions were minor and that you would provide the City Arborist with revised plans. The City did in fact receive a landscape plan dated May 17, 2006 with handwritten revisions from you, which were forwarded to Arborist Widin for review. Arborist Widin noted that the approved landscape plan for Memorial Office Condos is dated July 11, 2006 and is quite different from the plan you submitted with the play area revisions drawn in. Consequently, she is unable to use your submission to review the changes. She has directed that l ask you have the July 11, 2006 landscape plan updated with the changes as a result of the play area and resubmit them to the City for her review. The updated drawing should be dated to reflect the time the updating is done to the sheet. Please submit one full scale revised sheet (L -1) along with one 11" x 17' reduce sheet of the same.
