Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Ref: Fence Permit # 2009 -00201 Dear Mr. Lacher, On June ninth, at your request, I was asked to do a re- inspection of the fence posts installed on the west property line. At this time all of the posts and fence structure had been moved to your side of the property line, but the east to west section of fencing was not constructed. Last week I was called to your site to inspect that section of fencing and found the south west corner post to be on your neighbor's property. During the process of construction this end post must have been pushed across the property line. As stated in the City's zoning ordinance all parts of the fence structure is to be located on your property. You will have to move this post. In addition, as stated on your permit issued October 6, 2009, the fence was to be completed within 60 days from the date of permit issuance. At this last site inspection I also found that most of the post holes had not been compacted properly and that the fence was not painted. All of these issues must be addressed and corrected no later August 1, 2010. If you have any questions please call me at 651 - 275 -9590.
