Dear Ms. Stewart:
The City is in receipt of your application to allow the construction of a single family
detached garage at 15087 64 Street North. With this letter, we are notifying you that
the application will be complete with receipt of the following information by August 25,
2010:
1. Please provide a narrative that explains your request and why the garage should be
set back the same as the house. Are there trees, topography constraints or other
reasons why the building could not be pushed back?
2. Provide an explanation of what the new driveway would be constructed of.
3. Provide additional pictures of your yard, the location of the new garage and show a
picture from your neighbor's driveway looking toward the location of the new garage.
Staff has reviewed your application and would invite you to a meeting to discuss your
request at 10:30 AM, August 25, 2010 at the Oak Park Heights City Hall. If the
materials are submitted as requested, the application would be considered at a Public
Hearing of the Planning Commission on September 16, 2010.
