RE: Rebate of Bond IssuancThe City Council did grant a 15% reducIssuance fees subject to reasonable
conditions. This notice outlines those conditions commencing August 30'', 2010.
For each and every site violation of the following type, (see list below) the rebate shall be
reduced 10 %. Should there be more than five (5) violations the rebate shall be $0.00. The City is
not required to issue any preliminary warnings.
1. Failure to maintain clean public roadways; Developer is responsible to ensure that City
streets are not, in the opinion of the Building Official, unreasonably strewn with mud,
dust, or debris that comes from construction site or other related activities. (Rock
entrance pads are required.)
2. Failure to comply within 10 calendar days of any notice of correction from the City,
including notices of correction from Jim Butler, Bonestroo — Storm Water, Watershed,
state agency, etc. (Should a particular correction be anticipated to take longer than 10
calendar days, the Developer shall immediately and in writing, inform the City of its
proposed correction timeline.)
3. Performing exterior site work, construction, demolition, grading, etc. outside the
permitted hours of 7 am to 10 pm.
4. Any other nuisance or other ordinance violation. (Site shall follow all Best Construction
Practices at all times).
