1. The City has net received an new applications.
2. O n Wednes Staff met with representative of D. Hecker where their proposal
was discussed that would switch the location of their dealerships. Largely, the
City does not have an ability to regulate what type of cars are sold on what lot,
but Staff did remind them of severed CUP conditions that remain in effect and
that the City does expect compliance. Also, all signage would need to be
updated and brought into compliance. It is our under that the "swi tch"
will take place this Weekend.
3. Ruby Tuesday has installed non - compliant awnings, see enclosed letter.
4. Greenbriar Apartments continues to have non - conforming signage on its roof.
5. ardy's has been asked to remove the jet --ski on their roof. {Lardy Thomas did
step by on Monda to discuss the matter and indicated that they would be
sending a letter discussing the placement of roof advertisement, to date this
letter has not been received.
6. Menard has expressed a renewed interest in their proposed plan to install their
"bi -fold" doors on the west side of their outdoor garden center. one of the
requirements imposed by the Council was to increase the screening of the store
facilities from the south. To date, Menard's has not executed the required CUP
amendment, but have submitted a proposed plan that may be satisfactory.
Staff has attempted to set up a meeting With their representatives in the near
future.
7. The City has received an interesting, but ANONYMOUS letter regarding Wilson
Recycling located in Wisconsin. Please review this letter. It is unfortunate when
the City receives anonymous correspondence, because we cannot respond in
any fashion. In this instance, relative to the enclosed, Buberl's operations are in
Lake Elmo and is permitted by Washington County.

Advisory Committee. The Council has a scheduled '' orksession with the Committee
at 5pm on Tuesday 4/8/08.
