These plans w e r e submifted t address a condition of screening for a site plan /Design Standards review approved by the city council on June 19, 2007. condition 6 of that resolution stated the following: 6. Menards shall provide a plan for screening the materials storage area that faces east and is visible from 58 street. At a minimurn, the fence on the south property line shall be raised to the lower eave level of the accessory storage building and extend east to a poi that fully screens the building materials and as approved by City staff. The plans indicate that three new sections of fencing will be added, each raised to a height that addresses the change of grade. The first section will be at the lower eave level of the accessory storage building as required in the condition. The plan, as submitted, shall provide an adequate screening of the building materials. T he applicant must also provide the screening as specified in conditi 8 as follows: 8. Green overhang panels shall be added on the south elevation to cover existing storage rags, resulting in a consistent overhang on the faade.
