Subject: zoning questions
Hi Kris.
The following is a short list of questions I have about the St. Croix Mall
site:
1. Is the site a P.U.D. or conditional use permit, or any other type of
special zoning exception, or a mixture of the above since there are many
lots on the site?
2. Specifically, are there any limitations to the maximum building area
within the existing approval other than standard front, side, and back yard
setbacks and easements?
3. Could I get a copy of the zoning approvals and conditions etc? I'd
be happy to stop by and pick them up.
4. If we modify only the interior (other than signage and canopies
etc), will a zoning hearing be required? We would be changing space from
retail to office, both of which are compatible with B -2 zoning.
5. If a zoning hearing is required, what is the submittal and approval
process and how long does it usually take?
