Dear Otto:
With the most recent processing of the St. Croix Mail PUG, Midwest has
attempted to take a more positive approach and lead Swager Brothers
along in terms of completing necessary requirements. To my sincere
disappointment, we have been less than successful. I do feel however,
that the St. (:7 Mail PUG is coming more close to satisfying the
stipwlatod requirements of the ordinance as well as general citizen's concerns.
What we hove found is that in taking this step by step approach with Swager
Bcathers, they do in fact respond. This response however, has been limited
and less total: We would sincerely appreciate any backing and support
which you could give us to encourage Swager Brothers to moot the
requirements and the deadlines which have been documented time and
time again. It is readily apparent that they do not understand that when
a time table or requirement is imposed, that they must respond. I quite
frankly am at a loss to demonstrate this to them ,in any greater detail than
what has beer= accompffshed today. Also they are extreme hesitant at
providing rectilrod documentation.
Any suggestions which YO - would have would be greatly appreciated.
