RE: Oak Park Weights - St. Croix Mail PUD
Gear Lyle:
LaVonne Wilson contacted our offices this morning questioning how to proceed
with a request by Swcager Bras. to waive. the St. Croix Mail PUD covenants. I
advised her that this was an extremely serious request and as a consequence should
require that Swagers submit a letter to the Council expressly stating why such a
waiver is necessary.
Unfortunately, due to a meeting conflict,, i will not be at the Council meeting
on Monday night. Bob Hill or Steve Ryon will be attending from our office. i
am, however, quite concerned over this matter and would hope that the City
Council will not waive the requirement unless completely justified. All the work
and ef'f'ort invested to correct the St. Croix Mall situation will be pointless unless
there is some means of control maintained. I would hope that you would support
our position.
Very truly yours,
