Present: O'Neal, Westphal, hang, Seggelke, Fckberq, Wilson and Licht. Seggelke moved to hold a special. meeting Tuesday, June °th at 7:00 P.M. with Chaves, NSP, City Attorney, Planner and Engineer. ✓ Seconded by Westphal. 5 aye votes. Carried. Lang moved to adjourn tho HRA meeting, seconded by Seggelke. 5 aye votes. Carried. Seggelke moved to return Abrahamson Nurseries bid bond in the amount of 5512.70 upon receipt of acceptance of project from tree inspector. Seconded by O'Neal. 5 aye votes. Carried. Mondor moved to bold a public hearing Monday, July 13, 1981 at 7:00 P.M. for proposed sewer and water increases. Seconded by Westphal. 5 aye votes. Carried. Lung moved-to adopt.a resolution for City Council to support the �A Petition for Annexation presented by R. G. Briggs and directing V Clerk to forward P etition ,;tnkd Resolution to the Executive Director of the Minnesoti( Municip#A. Bpard. Setconded by Seggelke. Lang moved to direct Clerk to forward letter to MSP requesting them to clean up ase1t ,A1oing fence line from Osgood to Ozark and Park Committee to discuss at next meeting and return findings and recommendations to Council at next meeting. Lang moved to direct Clark to submit letter to property manager at Oak Park Development requesting them to develop a time table to clean up the mall area•due to numerous complaints the Council has received. Seconded by'O'Neal. 5 aye votes. Carried. Lang moved to return cashier's check in the amount of 51500.00 to W. Westphal contingent upon the receipt of acceptance of project by building inspector. Seconded by O'Neal. 5 aye votes. Carried. Seggelke moved to accept lowest bid from Allied Blacktop Co. in the amount of $48,987.84 for the street seal coat project and approve signing of the contract when City receives required insurance and performance bond. Seconded by Lanq. 5 aye votes. Carried. Lang moved to direct Clerk to notify commercial. establishments /within the City that they will. have thirty days to comply with the , /within ordinance or further action will the tai en. Lang moved to accept all changes from the Board of Review meeting as recommended by City Assessor except 11. rrickson propo rty which should be classified as residential and placed at $42,840 valuation. Seconded by Seggelke. 5 aye votes. Carried. Westphal moved to adopt a resolution to place "Dead end" sign on 53rd street. Seconded by O'Neal. Roll call. vote taken with 5 aye votes. Carried. � rlo amendment to the zoning ordinance regarding unsewered lots will be made at this time. O'Neal moved to approve all transfers and reinvestments. (Details available at Clerk's office.) Seconded by Westphal. 5 aye votes. Carried. Seggelke moved to adopt a resolution to hold a public hearing on proposed vacation of unused storm sewer easement within Raymie Johnson Estates on Monday, June 22, 1481 at 7:30 P.M. with all fees involved to be billed to Raymie Johnson Estates, LTD.
