Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates 2335 West Highway 36 St. Paul, MN 55113 Re: Brekke's Third Addition to Oak Park Heights, also known as Parkview Addition Gentlemen: Initially I want to thank you for your very prompt response to my letter to you of November 5, 1979 regarding the St. Croix Mall PUD. We expect to have that PUD agreement com- pleted and signed by the parties within a reasonable time, based upon your respect of letters to me. We also have to formulate a PUD agreement for the Brekke No. 3 addition in Oak Park Heights, which is also pro- ceeding under a planned unit development. We would also invite your comments, if any, on any specific terms or conditions which you feel should be present in this PUD agreement, and again we would ask you to review your records in the matter and forward us your comments or suggestions at your earliest convenience.
