We live in the "Autumn Ridge" development, and like many others in the neighborhood, we were furnished with a bandecapedrawingfortheaouthaideofthebui|ding. This drawng showed a 4' high burm that would go the length of the building, between the fence and 58th St. The plantings would then go on top of the bumn.bz cover o majority ofthefence. As it appears this is not being done. These drawings that were provided to us are from the city. If this is not what is being done, this is a clear misrepresentation on the city's behalf . Like many others in the development we are very unsatisfied with the concern for our protection of our property values. The entire landscaping and burming from the East side of Menards to Hwy 5 has a m jor impact on our development. This is a very unique situation with the blending of commercial property so close to an executive housing development. We want to be certain that the landscape is done in such a way to divide the commercial from the residential, and camouflage as much as possible with burming and plantings. Because we do not have sidewalks or walking paths on the interior of our development like most planned communities, our only option is 58th St. Please focus on this issue, because if the developers keep strong arming the city and getting their way, it is the community and particularly the residents of "Autumn Ridge' that will ultimately pay for it. Please contact me regarding this Ietter. Thank you. COMA HEAP L. IOW W/5 IDE VI5UAL.
