Osman /57th Street Extension Feasibility Stady Our File No. 55 Dear La'Vonne, This letter is to expand our previouS letter report of August 21, 1989 to in- clude the feasibility of extending, Osman Avenue from 57th Street to intersect with Osgood Avenue at 56th Street. This road construction would allow for an additional access to this neighborhood. The attached drawing shows the prq-r °ej improvements and also shows the existing utilities in the area. A cue -ta0 ej cost estimate has been prepared for the Osman Avenue extension and iS a{tached to this letter. The costs are based on prices anticipated for IT31 cOA and include a twenty (20) percent allowance for engineering, fiscal and administrative fees. The estimated cost is $91,200.00 any right -of -way acquisition coats, exclusive of Again the improvements described herein without utility relocation provide little or no benefit to they land east of Osgood Avenue. If the property owner wants to have utilities relocated to be able to utilize the land then benefit would be accrued.
