Subject: RE: ** Site Review Meeting - DQ
Attachments: Picture (Device Independent Bitmap)
I will be out of town during this site review. In review of the proposed layout I would make one
recommendation.
"I "he exit as proposed appears to be 20' "max ? " from the entrance / exit of SA onto the frontage road. With the
amount oftraffic both ofthese establishments generate_ and the proximity to the stop intersection of Omaha
Ave, I believe this will be a public safety traffic issue. The entrance being on 60 11, St. is not as much of a
concern as laid out. if they provide adequate room to completely enter the lot unobstructed several car lengths. I
would recommend them being required to locate the exit onto (Acne Avc. with a setback minimum of 1/3 the
distance of the lot, to allow stacking at the stop sign at 60 St. This may require them to flip the design layout
to accomplish this?
