Arcon Development Rezonin -&- Preliminary Plat - Richards noted that
the Park Commission had reviewed the plat and recommended that a
trail easement be maintained on the north side of the wetlands.
Richards said that a walkin surve of the land convinced him that
the proposed cul-de-sacs were a satisfactor desi which would
preserve trees. Robertson noted that this re needed to be
continued pendin resolution of some en issues. Schaaf,
seconded b Kern, moved to continue the hearin until Februar 27,
1995. Carried 5-0.
Menards Conditional Use Permit - Robertson said that Menards had
revised their desi and had not submitted a plan so this issue
would have to be continued. Kern, seconded b Schaaf, moved to
continue the hearin until Februar 27, 1995. Carried 5-0.
Street Reconstruction Area "All - Robertson read the public notice
and presented the affidavit of publication and the mailin list for
the proposed street reconstruction and improvements of 1995.
O'Neal opened the public hearin at 7:45 P.M. Cit En Hansen
described the proposed improvements. Cit Auditor Moll described
the proposed financin plan. O'Neal called for public comments.
Considerable public comment followed. (See Attachment A).
O'Neal noted receipt of letters from the followin individuals.
Joe Carufel, 14625 57th Street N. and William Casperson, 14331 57th
Street N. O'Neal noted receipt of a petition opposed to
reconstruction of Olene and Olinda streets b individuals livin on
those streets.
Kern, seconded b Schaaf, moved to close hearin Carried 5-0,
